Top of the Hill Bistro

 

The Top of the Hill Bistro is the brainchild of Simon Cuthbert.

Simon is a local who started his Top of the Hill Bistro at the Town and Country Club in Morrinsville, where he received rave reviews.

Simon is fully qualified and featured in "Hawkes Bay Today" with an innovative signature dish which was accepted for finals in the  Hawkes Bay 'Signature Dish of the Year 2014'.  His talent and drive have led to Simon working in upmarket lodges in New Zealand and as a Private Chef for the Pink Floyd experience, Shapeshifter, Bella Kalola and Hank Marvin.

Hours

 

The Restaurant Menu is available from 5pm to 9pm, Wednesday through to Sunday

The Bar Snack Menu will be available outside of restaurant hours.

For the first week of Level 2 (from the 14th of May) The restaurant will be open from 2pm - 9pm Thursday - Saturday and 3pm - 9pm Sunday - Wednesday
